New account, same handle.

I was a member from 2012 or so until 2016, then got busy and hurt, then got sick, returned to the forum, only to have my illness return. Well, it's stabilized and I'm feeling better, so back to cheese making.

Lots of new names, so it may take me a bit to get everyone straight and the forum appears to be a bit slower than it was, but it's still one of my favourite topics.

Cool vid! Love seeing people's cheeses.

I'm having my first cheese board with a small circle of family on Earth Day! It will literally be the earliest point I can taste any of the cheese I have made so far since picking up this hobby in late December.

Looking forward to it like I used to look forward to my birthday as a kid hahah
