Let me introduce my self
My name is Oka, I lived in East Java, Indonesia
and i am a newbie here

i found this site very inspiring and had given me so much information
..thank you

After many years of thinking and thinking,
own a business is the only way to have a right livelihood.
It's still possible to have freedom and autonomy in my own way
while i am still young and have a chance.

i want to start my own business in cheese making soon
Sadly I knows nothing on how to make a cheese although i love consume them since i was a boy.

Someday I Want to be a specialist cheese maker expert and own a organic farm.
i realize it won't be easy, but at least i have to try from zero

Great goal, you have a long road ahead, hopefully the people here can help you down it. There was one other member from Indonesia with a similar idea but haven't heard from that person since. You could PM if want to see where at.

My family and I lived in Brunei for 5 years, made it Bali next door to you twice for holidays, but sadly never to East Java where if I remember correctly the volcano's are.

Still have many fond memories of your part of the world, selamat belayar (good voyage).
