Tea's First Triple Cream Brie

Hi Tea,

Did you ever give this recipe another go? If so I'd love to hear your results.

I'm trying a Triple Cream Brie from a recipe I received from Cheeselinks. I've just checked the curds and similar to yours they are very very soft. I've only got a couple of cheeses under my belt and I'm nervous that this one is not going to turn out due to the condition of the curds.

Morning Halminator, and no I haven't tried the triple brie again.  I have though done a double brie, that is almost ready to cut.  I thought that I would start with a little less cream first and see what happened.  So far this one seems to be working well, and the cheese is starting to feel soft when I press it.

Hope you are having better luck with the triple than I did.
