Howdy from South Texas!

Howdy ya'll!

My husband, 2 kids and I moved here from Germany in 2007. Since then, our family has grown to include one dog, four cats, seven chickens, and eleven Nubian goats.....four of which are in milk and produce about 2 gallons of milk per day, which has led me to explore cheesemaking.

Prior to coming here, I don't think I even as much as touched a goat, much less milked one or have any exposure to cheesemaking....what happened But it seems there are a lot of friendly and knowledgeable folks here to help.
