Paula of Standing Stone Nubian emailed me asking me to link her website to our Courses Webpage as she teaches regular cheese making courses in Tennessee, USA.

I have linked her and also replied asking her to join if like . . .

I joined!  I thought I would take a moment and introduce myself, I have a small homestead dairy in Gallatin, TN about 25 miles Northeast of Nashville, TN where we raise Nubian dairy goats.  Feel free to PM me, email or just visit our website.  It looks like I have a lot of reading to do on this forum and I can only hope it is not as addicting as my goat forums.

I look forward to getting to know everyone,

Paula

Hi Paula, welcome and congrats on teaching courses on making cheese, I'm very envious!

This forum is a wealth of info, basically many minds together creating more that they could alone. Problem is a thread's title may only be descriptive of the first post and then gets hijacked from there. I find the search function is very useful.

Looking forward to you advice and participation!

Welcome Paula. Yes it is very addictive!  :D

Are you anywhere near Shelbyville? My sister lives there. Just moved there a few years ago.

Paula Butler

I am about an hour and 20 minutes from Shelbyville. I go down to that area several times a year to show my goats.
