Hi

I am looking for a detailed fontina cheese recipe.

Thanks

Kern

After watching this I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would want to make or eat Fontina cheese!   :P :-[ :( ;)

God Kern you scared him >:D

Maybe so.  Hey ICH, posting the video was a joke.  I was trying to help you out by doing an internet search and the video I linked to came up.  A Fontina is probably a really, really nice cheese.  I am sure that the little girl in the video would turn up her nose at Velveeta cheese.  Then again, who doesn't?   ;)

Good on you for finding this, FooKayaks2.   :)  Actually, I tried a Fontina last evening for the first time ever.  It wasn't icky like in the video link above.  On the other hand there was nothing spectacular or unique about it:  Simply a pleasant tasting, semi-hard cheese soon forgotten.

Try this one https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,2461.0.html

I would not trust this recipe. Note that she lists B linens in the ingredient list, but never actually uses it in the recipe.
