Why my mozzarella becomes yellowish after solting?

Thank you Tea! And I want to thank you once again for your excellent pictures in "Combazolla" topic. I was preparing to start my blue when I saw them and your story helped so much! :)

Well thankyou Pavel, I'm glad I helped someone.  So how are your blues' going.

Still no mold today, Tea :(
I put a curd into freezer and afraid that could kill it. I'll wait for one more week and if see nothind gonna raise another mold using ray bread again.

My blue hasn't formed either.  I am going to re-pierce and see if that helps.
