Hey Professor Reg!

Being that you are in Niagara Falls on Canadian side, this event is only 80 km/50 miles away and as in March 2009, should be in your slow season, you going to go and give us a writeup?

At the rate you are making and are learning about making cheese you could set up an exhibitors booth or teach a seminar!
