Milk pasteurizer

After 15 years of using a hot water bath for pasteurizing milk, I finally got a pasteurizer for our home use. www.cheesmaking.com - 2 Gallons fast and easy.
The plastic bucket on the left holds ice water, I added an intake at the bottom for the ice water and use the factory outlet at the top for the hot water.


Why did I wait 15 Years :-[
