I flew out to Vegas with my company to host a tasting of my cheese, along with some great wines that I ordered from a local supplier. Armed with 12 pounds of my newest vintages of curds, I was, alas, stopped and screened at the airport for what the security camera deemed "unusual spherical specimens"; which were then subjected to a "shake down", as they say. Salivating security guards allowed me though (thank goodness I packed the fig jam in the checked luggage).
My selection was Smoked Gouda, Drunken Goat, Manchego, Queso Fresco w/Jalapenos, Cilantro & Almonds, Humbolt Fog (this rocked the night) and Boursin (this rocked the morning). What an incredible night--thanks to all of you for your never-ending help!

Sorry about the "shake down" but it's nice to know they are looking for things. Congrats on your cheese tasting.
