You've posted on reddit about some beautiful cheeses you've made, you should put a few of those here to introduce yourself.

Those look fantastic.

I see you've got the pimenton rub going on with a couple of them. Yours are very red, I did mine with some smoked paprika (smoked my own peppers from my garden) and the rub ended up quite dark.

You are also much better at staging your cheese for a picture, these are really inspirational.
