Hello
I am new to the forum  and UK based.
I realise I need a ph meter to move to the next level in my cheese making.
I searched the web site for "PH meter" on all sub sites and got no hits so I imagine I am doing someting wrong.
What meter are people using?  What is the range of prices I need to look at to get something taht will be reliable and sufficiently accurate?
Thanks for any assistance provided.

I'm not in the UK, but I'm using the ExTech PH110. I ordered it on Amazon a couple of years ago. Here's the US link for it:

I particularly like this meter because the probe is flat so you can stick it right against the cheese and hold it to get a reading. It's also easier to clean that way.
