Has anyone seen a recipe for Dolcelatte?

It's a blue similar to gorganzola. I had some at a friends and loved it but can't see how to make it :(

My understanding is this is made just like gorgonzola but with 50% fat and aged only 2 months. You will find more info if you search under gorgonzola Dolce.
