PlastiCoat/Paracoat expiration

I'm trying get back into cheesemaking after a few years. I found a large tub of Paracoat in my cupboard. It has an expiration date of 10/16/21. Does anyone know if it is still usable?

If not, is it safe to just throw away, or do I need to find some special way to dispose of it.

If it has been stored well, I'll bet the plastic part of the coat is probably fine, but if it has natamyacin in it that probably has just lost its potency. So if you need it to perform its anti-fungal function, it might not work very well anymore.

As for disposal, I have no idea. Once hardened, it's pretty much just plastic, so probably nothing special that we all don't already toss into the landfill, but don't quote me on that.
