Hi,

We supply dairy cultures and coagulants to many of the cheese manufacturers in India. What I love most about the busines however is the fact that it enables me to lay my hands on ingredients to make fresh cheese at home - and every conceivable flavour of cheesecake as well!

Am looking forward to learning a lot from this forum.

Would love to see some of your results and ingredients and would appreciate your knowledge on cultures etc. I checked the website you posted but saw nothing on ingredients/sales.

Welcome from me too.  Yes I think we are all learning that the different cultures can make such a difference to the final product, and we are starting to search around and see what is available to us.
