Hi forum.
I am a new guy here. Living and working in Thailand. (from norway).

I have always been very found of cheese. After i move to Thailand its almost impossible to get good cheese. If you get some, its imported and very very expensive.

So I deside to make my own cheese Have a farme not fare from where I am living and can buy raw cow milk there.
