New Press with 10 pound molds

Got our new press in Friday and our two 5kg Kodova molds.

I made a 12 pound wheel of Colby this weekend. Yep the new press rocks!

What are you using as your air source?

5 gallon air tank that I fill using my compressor. I did not want to have a compressor in the kitchen or deal with one outside. I charge is to 150 psi and that works great. I did add a regulator to the setup so I can adjust the pressure.

I pressed my Colby with 10psi.
