From Kentucky

[Ky Farm Girl]

I have two Jersey cows and started making cheese less than a year ago.  I've made, to the best of my knowledge, 3 cheddars, 1 colby, 3 goudas, 4 or 5 mozzarellas, 4 or 5 ricottas, and 1 monterey jack (as of today). 

The more I try to make cheese, the more convoluted and confusing it gets.  I hope this forum will be able to shed light on the Great Cheese Mysteries.

Go Big Blue. Cats are gonna show those weenies from Cornell how to play round ball tomorrow night. I will be making Gruyere in Lexington during the game (it's all about timing).
