hi from a huge huge huge cheese lover. I found an amazing new cheese the other day called PONDHOPPER. cheese soaked in beer. YUM!

Howdy Donny, welcome, this forum was originally set for people to talk about different cheeses, but most people are here to talk about making cheese.

Sorry but I've never heard of Pondhopper, looks like an American cheese with the beer used as an ingredient rather than for washing the rind.
