Purchasing Extech PH110

Just ordered the PH110 and should have it tomorrow.  I've been reading through threads on this board, read the online manual and looked at some of the solutions available online.  I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following questions:

1)  How often do you need to refill the electrode module?
2)  When do you know to replace the junctions?
3)  Where is the best place/price online to get 4, 7 solutions or can they be purchased at a local store of some type?
4)  Can I get away with just 4, 7 or do I really need to also get a 10?

I have done it once. in 2 years.

I get mine in bulk from Amazon. I pour a tablespoon of buffer into a beaker and calibrate once a month or so.
4)  Can I get away with just 4, 7 or do I really need to also get a 10?
I do all three.

I guess I should first ask, How do you know to refill the electrode. 

In the manual there is references to removing the junctions and replacing if neccessary.  They are apparently included in the PH113: Filling Solution Kit for ExStik® Refillable pH Electrode Module:

Ohhhh,  Now i get it.  Yeah,  I think the display actually tells you when it needs refilling.

There is a little tool included in the refil kit.  Its an el-cheapo little plastic slotted tool.
Simply use the toll to remote the screw, fill, then replace the screw.

This is where i get my buffer solution.  I use it a table spoon or so at a time.  This seems to be lasting forever..

I am wanting to get this PH meter, but I can't seem to find any European suppliers. 

Is there another good one that is often used in Europe, or anyone know where to get it from on my continent?
