OK to bmckee561's & steampwr8's reminder on having a Cheese Making Recipe's area(s). As posted above, when we had this 2 years ago it rapidly evolved like many threads do into all sorts of topics and thus became not a Recipes Area but an everything area, thus it was merged into the cheese types which were enlarged to the number of Cheese Type Boards as we currently have.

To address this shortcoming of Forum software I have rebuilt the website to member submitted Articles such as mature recipes and procedures including a set of multi-author Wiki Articles including popular cheese type recipes.
