String/Braided Cheese Making Recipe

New member Abdelhafeiz in Sudan makes this style of cheese, which I also saw and tried when living in Damascus, and I've just posted pictures of some American produced one here.

I have no idea how to make it, if anyone has a recipe/method or ideas please post here.

Just found these video clips on YouTube, looks like pasta filata type cheese which you stretch like making noodles then at end twist to braid, the question then is which pasta filata type recipe?
