Three Havarti Recipes: Margaret Morris, Danlac, & Debi's

I used the recipe from "200 Easy Homemade Cheese Recipes" by Debra Amrein-Boyes, as I have the book.  I ate a few slices this afternoon as a snack and it tastes even better than it did yesterday.  I know it is best to allow cheese to breathe for an hour or so when it is first cut, but I didn't give it that much time yesterday.

Okay, thanks!  The Havarti was the first recipe out of that book that I planned to make, but got a little turned off it by some of the posts about it, so had been leaning more toward Deejay's consolidated recipe (the one that includes the water bath).  Guess I'll just have to do two!
