Strange letter from Dairy Connection

Did anyone else get a wierd note from Dairy Connection?
I got a one page letter in the mail with the subject:

"Continuing Guaranty Under Section 303(c)(2) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and Limitations of Warranty And Liability"

I am going to guess that this is some legal warrenty disclaimer.  Just was odd.

Anyone else?

Hi Wayne, haven't ordered from them recently, but didn't get a letter.

I have not placed an order from them in over a year. 
The letter just came out of the bleu.....
