pressing more then one wheel

looking for ideas on how to build a press that could press many wheels. from lets say 2 all the way to 20.

I would suggest searching the site for Dutch style presses - I don't have the links at hand.  There are numerous photos and examples of presses handling multiple molds.  I think site member "Sailor Con Queso" has a press where he is doing 4 to 6 molds simultaneously.

You know when you've said Dutch Cheese Press before I envision one of those single cranks that makes a wedge shaped cheese.  This is a whole 'nother animal.  Nice...

I just stack one on top of the other and press with whatever.

Debi, Do you mean you put curds in the mold wrapped in cheese cloth then another layer of cheese cloth and more curds and so on?
