Howdy beeman, welcome fellow Canuck! OK so I'm Houston Texas as warmer and less taxes ;D.

I had to look up Vermiculture, assume that's for fishing?

Bummer on getting older, me I'm forever 21 ::), except when my body creaks >:(.

Tea

Good morning beeman and welcome to the forum.  I also make mead, and I am learning that getting your hands on good raw honey, is almost as hard as getting you hands on good raw milk.
So what cheeses have you trialled so far?

Cartierusm

Welcome. I love bees, I too make mead.

Just Yogurt and Labneh, which is what got us interested. I read somewhere, 'Eat what you wish, so long as it doesn't have a label'. With all the scares locally re. E coli, Listeria etc we have decided to be as self sufficient as possible in an urban setting. So cheese making is logical.

Compost worms for Compost Tea for my garden. Production has dropped off badly in the last 3-4 years, so this is just one step to correct the problems I have. No more chemicals!
