I forgot about the boiling water part; I haven't made them in sooooo long. Thanks for the reminder Debi!

Our dehydrator goes up to 155F. We've tried before and failed, but we didn't do the boiling water. Will have to give that a shot. Thanks

If you don't boil them first the skin won't split. The skin has to break to release the mositure within. Make more sense now?
