Tarunima Cheese?

Someone tried describing a cheese to me today which they had eaten 30+ years ago.  They believe the name was Tarunima and perhaps it was Swiss.  It was quite possible cloth bound, then waxed, then vacuum sealed (yeah, sounds a bit extreme to me too). The only bit of info that might be useful was that the paste was full of holes and seeped whey when cut.  I can't find any thing on this cheese.  Anybody have any ideas what this cheese might really be? Sounds almost mythical, perhaps it was centaur fodder.

How odd. Typically if something is sealed -that would be a harder cheese. No one waxes or vacuums runny cheeses.

As it seemed to me, his description was as though the cheese had a well knit exterior, with holes inside which contained the whey.  I'm more into thinking he was combining many cheeses from his memory.
