I've followed your blog for awhile now and I wanted to thank you for that. Your sense of adventure and experimentation come through so clearly. You and your blog are what inspired me to just jump in and try cheese making. I'm so glad I did! Now I really want to know how the creamery plans are going! I'm sure you are crazy busy but I think about you sometimes and want to read the next chapter in your adventure story! Setbacks and problems would be almost more interesting than smooth sailing- not that I wish them on you. ^-^ Please let us know how you're doing.
