I apologize in advance for this ...but the other day, my young son came up and said, "Dad?  What kind of cheese is made backwards?".  I said, "What?  Made backwards?".  And he grinned and said ..."Yeah! M-A-D-E is Edam backwards!  Hahahahahahaha".   Well, I guess he's paying attention in the kitchen and that can't be bad...
