Maple Cured, Hickry, Cherry, Apple and Pecan Smoked Bacon

This is the 2 days or approximately 48 to 55 hour smoked bacon. I had 152 orders for this bacon in the last 2 months.  I can only smoke 5 at a time so it's been busy! I cut a side in 3rds or quarters. To die for bacon!

Nice! I could make some serious BLTs with that.
I've been contemplating trying to make bacon but I really don't need anymore hobbies.

The bacon is to die for but it's a PITA becuase I smoke it continusly for 2 to 3 days until it's just right. Needless to say I don't get much sleep on bacon weekends.
