Yogurt cheese - firm?

Hi,

I was at the store the other day and saw a hard cheese, firmer than cheddar, that was labeled "Yogurt Cheese".  It was a creamy color, darker towards what would be the rind (if it even had one).  Anyone familiar with what this cheese was?  My readings on yogurt cheese seem to imply a more cream cheese type of texture and it's nothing more than yogurt hung for several hours to remove the whey.  I wonder what that firmer 'yogurt cheese' was at the store?  Hmmm... I should buy some and try it, but if I like it, then I would like to know how to make it!

Thx,
Brian
