How much time to brine a mozzarela

Hi guys,
recently i make my second mozzarela, and i consider it fail, because the taste is not so good for my tounge. so just like my topic, how long we need to put our mozzarela at brine water? last time i try to bath my cheese for one our(at my first attemp), at my second attemp, i try to use another method, which is using brine solution when heating the cheese at 76 Degree Celsius this also not work since the taste not so good also. so actually how much time we need to put the cheese at the brine solution? please can some one help??? i want to try for the third times after i get the answer....... he he.
