Greetings from the East coast of Vancouver Island on the west coast of British Columbia in Canada.
I have a licensed goat dairy and we ship all our milk to a cheese maker.
I need to learn about how the feed we use can effect the milk and how to head toward a better milk for making cheese.
Make a bit of cheese, not often as we are busy. Make a ton of yogurt from our goats milk - very yummy.

I have raised dairy goats for 17 years now and am active in showing/breeding purebred Toggenburgs.
Lots of goat experience to share but I am always learning more.
