new location on the Map

Hello everyone!
I'm new, absolute newbie, at cheese making. This is a great place to be and great stuff to read.
I have just started this vonderfull hobby.
I made just one, the first batch of fresh cream cheese and it turned out perfect.

Please don't mind if my English is not very good, it's not my mothertongue. I'm from European country Latvia and we are sworn cheeselovers :)

So with my admin user ID I just added ou to our list and added a Latvia Board in case you have any local type posts.

I've been only once in Latvia about 20 years ago but impression of the nature of your country stays for life! As I heard a  number of very interesting cheeses are made in Latvia. Hope to here from You about some of them

Although I haven't write for a while, I'm still working on my first cheeses :)

Well, yesturday I tried my first mozzarela. My family said it was perfect :)
/I think it was far from PERFECT, but still - it was encouraging /

now I have to acquaint myself with this forum, where to discuss my first efforts :)
