I have a pair of dorm sized fridges both set with Johnson controllers...
Not really working with my blue cheese fridge right now but my standard fridge seems to give me issues with the occasional dump of excess liquids...the humidity just gathers and then forms a huge puddle on the bottom then leaks out onto the floor. It's running maintaining a temp of 52 ish f...and the humidity is at 75% inside there...
Does anyone have any suggestions how I can solve this problem?

I have the same problem with a dorm size fridge with compressor and small aluminum freezer compartment.

When unit cycles on, freezer freezes, water in air condenses/freezes onto aluminium, when compressor off, it thaws and water drips onto in my case a plastic drip tray. On mine there is no external drain so if I don't wipe up the water on the drip tray every week, it will eventually overflow and form a puddle on bottom of inside of unit and eventually run out the door.

I've found no way around this other than to periodically mop up water with towel.

There you go, I have the same problem.

In my case, I filled the drip tray and around the aluminium freezer with polyurethane foam and the excess moisture has no where to go.

I am thinking maybe a hole at the bottom of the fridge with a collection tray underneath might solve the problem.

Or in your case John, you can attach a clear plastic aquarium pipe underneath the drip tray, seal it with silicone and divert the water to a bucket outside.

I have a similar issue with my full size fridge.
the internal drip line broke, so I replaced it with aquarium tubing into a large bowl at the bottom which I empty once a week.
this actually helps keep the humidity up in there.
So I'm not really inclined to fix it, it's now a feature like Microsoft bugs.

I have to fix mine though, The thermostat was filled with water the other day and tripping the fuses. Or at least I have to seal the thermostat.
