Hi from Central New Mexico (USA)

I live in Central NM, about 30 miles south of Albuquerque, and I have a small herd of Kinder goats.   I am hand milking five of them this year.  I've been making cheese for about four years, and the results this year look promising.  I'm very much an amateur.
