I've sent in a request for an estimate and specs for these. I am also limited to 220V BiPhase (110X2) Although I have 150AMP, 3 phase won't work for me.
I'll post as soon as I get a reply.

There is something for everyone that needs hot water or steam with these very helpful guys. He suggested a recirculating point of use water heater for my 300 liter cheese vat. Like everyone else here, I am looking for an easy solution to keeping this much milk/whey at the right temp and will be getting more info and solutions from Bob.  In my case, I have a water jacket that holds 350 liters of water and keeping it warm, and ramping temps up,  is a daily headache.
