My first veggie cream cheese

Sounds about normal to me, all my cheeses smell 'tangy' and taste more tangy than store bought cheese. I guess were just not used to eating fresh cheese... I dont know though, if it tastes good to you, thats good enough i reckon!

After a few days in the fridge it tastes pretty good!  I'm always dipping into it for a quick snack.

I know what you mean, i made some 'cheese'... i guess it was sort of an american neufchatel before christmas and couldnt stop eating it. I had to take some and put it in a seperate container so i didnt eat it all before christmas!
