Review: Alouette Cheese USA's Double Cream Baby Brie

My wife bought this mass manufactured 13.2 ounce/0.374 kg double cream baby brie wheel from I think Walmart's wholesale club Sam's Store here in Houston (I know and I'm making lots).

It's distributed by Alouette Cheese USA, doesn't say where it is made. The cheese came in a round cardboard box and once unwrapped measured 5.0" / 12.7 cm diameter x 1-1/4" / 32 mm height. Wrapper is two layers, thin white plastic amd thinner wax paper against the cheese.

Appearance wise, there was still good fluffy mold growth in areas on the bottom as wrapping layers were not squished down flat, thus had room to bloom. Colour was normal white, at room temperature the cheese did not flow, taste was OK.
