Hi, just found this site I'm a beginner cheesemaker with a herd of grassfed Jersey/Guernsey/Brown Swiss cows! I would have more experience with cheesemaking if I didn't have so much work to do with the cows, but at least I have all the milk I need to experiment with!

  What a wealth of potential cheese you have with your cows!  I hope you get the time to start production soon.  What did you want to start with?  How far are you with basic equipment?
