Hi Everyone
My name is Lindy and I live in Western Australia. I have just found this site and love all the stuff going on here ^-^
I have been making cheese since I retired 18 months ago and loving it!

Hi Lindy and welcome. I'm a grey-haired new(-ish) cheesemaker too. My son lives in Perth and last year while visiting we called in at the cheesemaker at Harvey - they weren't making cheese that day unfortunately, but lots of cheese to taste and inspire.

I'm from Perth too (and pretty new here). What suburb are you in? Do you know of any Perth cheesemaking groups?
