Hello,

A new cheesemaker over here. Made a few mozzarella, feta, and other fresh cheeses.  Now edam, gouda, swiss plannend for this month.

Hurray, again an other Dutch cheese maker on the forum! Welcome to the forum. Just to be polite to the other readers I'll stick to English here...
I'm from the neighborhood of Gouda, made a lot of different types of Gouda as well as feta and Cabra al Vino from goat milk and Brie, Cambozola, Pepper Jack etc.
