I have (6) open stainless steel vats for sale.
(5) are 23' long, 5' wide. Approx.
15" deep vessel with 4" outlet.
10" trough in center WITH S/S drain screen
(1) is approx 16' long 5' wide
To me they look like drain tables, cheddar tables or finishing tables, used to drain off the whey and for salting once the cheese has been made and pumped over from the make vat.

The building I work in used to be a cheese factory years ago. We inherited some left over equipment! I have been trying to make sense of it all.
