Title: Milk tank and Cheese Knives for sale

I have a used 1000 gallon milk tank for sale in good condition with agitator paddle and motor. It is a circular tank with a man hole. Paid $4,000.
It was leak pressure tested prior to its removal.
I also have two large cheese curd knives $650 ea.

Can you post a picture of the curd knives, approximate dimensions and cut size?
