Greetings,
I have been making cheese for several months now and I am hooked! I have tried numerous fresh cheeses which have all been yummy. My aged cheese adventures have included Cheddar, Colby, Jack, Granna, and Provalone. Alas, none of these have been sampled yet. I am learning many things from this hobby but the hardest lesson has been patience!
I have many questions and look forward to learning from all of you.

Welcome! Looking forward to see how your aging goes.
Hi Witchy! I'm new to this business too having made just 4 cheeses: gruyere, 2 parmesans, and a farmhouse cheddar. Each one has been a learning experience, and each has come with its unique set of questions...many of which have been answered on this site (therefore I joined!). Keep having fun with it :-)!
Hi and welcome to this wonderful site.
These folks are some of the smartest and most wiling to help around.
Thanks for the welcome and nice to meet you! Going to try my hand at Gorgonzola today. But I guess that's a subject for another board!
Hiya witchy and welcome! :-)
Got any pictures of your cheeses to share?
I have an embarrassing number of cheese photos. I will restrain myself and only share a photo of my most recent creation. Last week I made Gorgonzola for the first time. This is a picture of it after coming out of the mold.
Oh PLEASE don't restrain yourself on the posting of cheese photos!!!!!!! If I had a bumper sticker on me it would surely read "I brake for Cheese Photos!". :D. Don't hold back!!
