Title: Fundamentals of Professional cheesemaking - Brisbane Australia
Post by: NimbinValley on February 24, 2013, 03:15:21 AM
Hi All.

The Australian Specialist Cheesemaking Association (ASCA) has organised a two day cheesemaking seminar for Brisbane in March.  The course will be run by Ivan Larcher, a world renowned cheesemaker and cheese educator.  This is a first to have ASCA running an event in the north of the country so we are sure it will be a great success.

It is aimed at professional cheesemakers or home cheesemakers with a good understanding of the process of cheesemaking.  Some prior knowledge will be assumed.

Details are attached.

Cheers.   8)

The same seminar will be run in Melbourne the previous week.  If you go to the asca website you can find all of the details there.
