What a fantastic site :) Just starting out on the road to cheese making. 3 days ago made a paneer (i will put a pic up)

Hi h4ppy-chris! I grew up just a stone's throw from you, in Atherton. I've been living in Japan for longer than I care to say, and making cheese for about 10 months. Welcome to the forum and to the Addiction. ;D
Everyone here is really helpful, there's a lot to learn.
