Title: Help Choosing P. Candidum Strain

I'm trying to figure out a short, slower-growing strain of P. Candidum from the Dairy Connection website. Can any one way in on experiences or knowledge about ABL, HP6, Neige, VB, or SAM3?

What about a tomme mould?  I use to get away with 6 gallon Beaufort makes in these, dimensions worked, it seemed to me:

I had the same doubt about  which PC to choose. I ordered the Niege, but I am not sure I did correct. What you bought and why?
