Title: Hello, from York, Pa.----USA
Post by: qdog1955 on September 05, 2014, 03:34:29 PM
New to this forum, but have been making cheese for a couple months---with some success and some failures. Hoping that with your knowledge and experience I can move a little more to the success column. Having been raised in Pennsylvania Dutch country, you may notice some weird word configurations such as " Throw the cow over the fence some hay" obviously I can't throw that cow, but I think you get the drift. I promise to try to keep the semantics somewhat understandable.
Thanks in advance for any help you may provide.

Welcome, Q..  There is a wealth of knowledge in these here pages and hope you stay long and share your experiences.  I don't know - Cows, fences and hay - sounds ok to me...

Have fun and make cheese.
